Metro Exodus fue uno de los primeros videojuegos en llegar de manera exclusiva a Epic Games Store. Luego de un año desde aquel acuerdo, Deep Silver anunció que a partir del 15 de febrero, la exclusividad se rompe para abrir paso a la plataforma de Valve, Steam.
